Working Together to Mitigate Disasters

Through our mouths, we can be nourished by vegetarian foods. If instead we eat animals, we start a chain of killing and open Pandora's box of unknown diseases.

Similarly, with our mouths, we can speak kind words and spread beneficial messages. If instead we are not mindful and propagate negative messages, we may bring about all kinds of unrest.
