Wash your hands frequently with soap, and avoid touching your eyes, mouth, or nose without washing first.

Follow common respiratory etiquette; cover your mouth with a tissue or your inner elbow when coughing or sneezing. Discard the tissue after use and wash clothes at home.

Wear a mask if you have respiratory symptoms such as coughing or running nose.

Avoid close contact with people who are unwell or showing symptoms of illness, such as cough, runny nose, etc.

Avoid contact with live animals and consumption of raw/undercooked meat.

Avoid travel to farms, live animal markets or places where animals are slaughtered.
