Working Together to Mitigate Disasters

Virtues beautify our spirit. First of all, we should honor the sanctity of life and avoid eating the flesh of living beings. Second, we should practice the virtue of speech. When we only eat what is proper to eat and only say what is proper to say, we avoid creating negative karma with our mouths.
